🧭 harborview park!
harborview park is on the ediz hook, a spit that forms the harbor protecting the city of port angeles. first we strolled along the calm harbor beach, then crossed the road to face crashing waves as the tide rolled in from the salish sea.
in may 2026 i had the opportunity to work & play in western washington state for a couple of weeks. this is the 2nd of 18 mini-adventures i took with sominnguy as we made the most of our time in america’s beautiful pacific northwest!
my trail name’s mythic and in 2026 i’m continuing my multi-year thru-hike (m.y.t.h.) of the pacific crest trail. as i prepare to return to the pct (and hopefully tackle other section- and thru-hikes in the future), i'm going on day hikes to help keep in trail shape!
