🧦 timberlane county park!
on november 4, 2025, i returned to timberlane county park in martin county, minn. — traditional territory of the Očhéthi Šakówiŋ and Wahpeton nations — with southern minnesota guy for our final “leaf-peeping” session of the season.
while soaking in the beautiful autumn woods i followed up on an earlier blister-prevention discussion, sharing about the type of socks i wear on thru-hikes to keep my feet in good shape. who doesn’t enjoy some good sock talk?
my trail name’s mythic and in 2025 i continued my multi-year thru-hike (m.y.t.h.) of the pacific crest trail. as i make plans to return to the pct (and hopefully tackle other section- and thru-hikes in the future), i'm going on day hikes to help keep in trail shape!
