🍁 timberlane county park!
on october 27, 2025, southern minnesota guy and i returned to timberlane county park in martin county, minn. — traditional territory of the Očhéthi Šakówiŋ and Wahpeton nations — for a follow-up “leaf peeping” visit. In the eight days since our previous trip to this hidden little gem, much more green had turned to gold as the autumn season was reaching its pinnacle.
my trail name’s mythic and in 2025 i continued my multi-year thru-hike (m.y.t.h.) of the pacific crest trail. as i make plans to return to the pct (and hopefully tackle other section- and thru-hikes in the future), i'm going on day hikes to help keep in trail shape!
