onward + upward!
iowa isn't known for its mountains any more than minnesota… but i recently got in a great training hike with some excellent elevation change at one of my favorite parks in the hawkeye state.
obviously these central iowa hills can't replicate the west coast mountain ranges, but i'll take what i can get!
