pct 2026 wrapup!
🎁 putting a bow on my 2026 pct adventure!
slowly but surely i’m making my way to campo!
it may not seem like much when compared to the pacific crest trail’s full 2,650-mile length, but the 20 days i spent in california’s sierra nevada and marble mountains this summer got me that much closer to fulfilling my multiple-year goal of thru-hiking the pct.
every day on this national scenic trail is a blessing, and i’m so thankful for everyone who has walked alongside me (literally, logistically, and spiritually) and helped me make it this far!
going into this year’s adventure, i pledged to once again donate $1 for every mile i hiked on the pct to the National Indigenous Women’s Resource Center. my 183.8 miles in 2026 translates to $183.80, and i’d love for you to join me in supporting the NIWRC’s important work.
in this video (which we shot during our drive home to minnesota) i talk about how this stint on trail made me stronger, why the sierra are so incredible, the one food i ate way too much of, the wonderful tramily i hiked with, and what’s next for me trail-wise!
my trail name’s mythic and in 2026 i continued my multi-year thru-hike (m.y.t.h.) of the pacific crest trail. as i plan my 2027 return to the pct, i'm going on day hikes & bikes to help keep in trail shape!
